Job summary

You will partner with Risk & Compliance to deliver governance, reporting and risk management activities to support informed business decisions.

Based in London or Farnborough, the role covers governance forums, risk reporting, committee records and action tracking, with exposure to regulatory change and cross-functional projects in a matrix

Qualifications

• Experience in risk, governance, compliance, or internal audit within FCA-regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of regulatory governance and committee structures.
• Experience working in a large global organisation with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building with senior leaders across UK/EMEA.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate reporting and papers for UK/EMEA governance committees and stakeholders.
• Maintain committee records, terms of reference, action tracking and audit trails.
• Support governance forums and risk management practices with risk leaders and business teams.
• Produce high-quality reporting on risk exposure, controls and emerging risks.
• Identify, assess and document risks, controls and dependencies across the business.
• Provide governance input on initiatives and regulatory change projects.
