Job Opportunity: Governance Manager

Working Pattern: Our work style is hybrid, involving at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at our Edinburgh office location.

About this opportunity:

The Governance Manager role is within the Investment Solutions function, responsible for supporting solution design and ongoing oversight & governance. Familiarity with the lifecycle of investment solutions, working within a Consumer Duty environment, and understanding the FCA PROD Handbook are essential.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Design & Governance, you will have a passion for innovation and delivering best-in-class investment solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee governance and oversight of investment solutions across workplace pensions, D2C, and advised channels.
  2. Lead governance and committee reporting for these investment solutions.
  3. Collaborate with propositional teams across the organization to ensure compliance with internal product governance standards.
  4. Assist in propositional improvements related to governance.
  5. Ensure investment solutions adhere to internal objectives and control environments.
