• Familiarity with drafting minutes, maintaining governance records, and supporting shareholder processes.
• Comfort working with senior stakeholders and escalating governance issues when needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage Board & Committee meeting cycles
• Coordinate agendas, papers, deadlines and actions
• Draft high-quality, accurate minutes
• Maintain governance records, systems and statutory information
• Support Company Secretarial and shareholder processes
• Work closely with senior stakeholders
• Identify and escalate governance issues where appropriate
