We have an exciting opportunity for a Governance Facilitator to join our Governance team at The Harley Street Clinic. You will be a key member, working closely with the Director of Quality & Risk and other members of the governance team, helping to facilitate high standards of governance and compliance and supporting quality improvement initiatives.
You will work closely with other members of the Harley Street Clinic, Leaders in Oncology Care and HCA @ UCH Governance team and at site, to ensure effective systems and processes are in place. You will support all departments in ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, as well as governance and assurance processes, providing the hospital with assurance that governance standards are being met.

What you'll do:

  • Provide administrative support to all governance meetings, including the preparation of minutes and agendas, maintenance of action logs, and collation and formatting of documents and report content
  • Support meetings to ensure opportunities for relevant projects are identified, pursued and effectively implemented
  • Provide project management and technical and system support for specific projects
  • Support the appropriate communication and awareness of governance systems and associated projects and other work
  • Support site/s in assuring quality compliance with all regulatory inspections and accreditations
  • Be the initial point of contact for all internal clinical audit activity and assist the Director of Quality & Risk on the implementation of the clinical and operational audit programme, and support the provision of advice on all audit related activities
  • Assist the Director and Exec team in interrogating and analysing data and prepare and collate clinical audit reports as required, including an annual audit report
  • Support the Governance Team in the monitoring and improvement of patient experience and the review of patient experience and satisfaction surveys
  • Work closely with team members within the overarching Governance team and structure to ensure that the local Senior Management Team are advised in a timely manner of any high-risk incidents, complaints or cases that might have a substantial impact on patient care or reputation of each Hospital/HCA
