We're seeking passionate, forward‑thinking individuals to join our Central Services team as an Governance Coordinator. You'll bring experience of business administration, such as the administration of meetings including minute taking.
As the ideal Governance Coordinator, you'll understand the importance of supporting the company Board to ensure the highest standards are maintained.
Your duties will include but not exclusive to, coordination of Board activities, coordinate our calendar, manage and maintain company policies and procedures as well as ensuring the high organisational standards are maintained.
The role of Governance Coordinator requires a proactive approach, coupled with a can do attitude, a very keen eye for detail and the ability to work as a key figure within a team.
