We're looking for a Governance Officer to join our friendly and professional Governance and Company Secretarial team. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you'll play a key role in supporting our Boards and Committees, ensuring they operate effectively and in line with regulatory and legislative requirements.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with Board Members, Directors, Executive Assistants and colleagues across the business, becoming a trusted contact who helps deliver a high-quality governance service. Building effective relationships and providing excellent customer service are at the heart of this position.
