Job summary

Newcastle University Students' Union (NUSU) is seeking a Governance, Compliance, and Risk Manager to help translate governance into practical action across a student-led charity. You will work closely with the CEO, trustees, and colleagues to support boards, manage risk, and implement policies and complaints handling.

You will also help measure our impact by developing meaningful information and KPIs that inform decisions and drive continuous improvement, while supporting the Governance

Responsibilities

• Support boards and committees with governance documentation and arrangements
• Lead risk management activities and incident reporting
• Develop and implement policies and complaints processes
• Measure impact with KPIs and management information for decision-making
• Support the Governance Administrator and foster cross-service collaboration
