Liverpool Guild of Students is seeking a Governance Manager to cover a 12-month maternity leave. The role focuses on governance functions, ensuring charity and company law compliance, and supporting the Board of Trustees and senior leadership team.

Working closely with colleagues, you’ll manage board and committee support, risk management, policy management, and embed good governance across the Guild. Interviews take place on-site in Liverpool.
