Job summary

Clear Group is seeking a Compliance Manager – Governance & Operations to shape and strengthen the governance framework that supports our regulated businesses. The role requires someone who can bring structure to complexity and navigate regulatory change with confidence.

You will work closely with the Group Compliance Director and senior stakeholders to coordinate governance activities, support regulatory engagement and ensure compliance remains embedded in how we make decisions and manage risk.

Qualifications

• Strong governance and compliance experience within insurance.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to turn regulatory requirements into practical business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate governance activities across business units.
• Support regulatory engagement and embed compliance in decision-making and risk management.
• Assist with FCA engagements and SMCR governance requirements.
• Prepare the business for regulatory change and potential acquisitions.
• Contribute to operational resilience initiatives and shape the future direction of the compliance framework.
