Place Partnership A Multi Academy Trust is seeking an experienced and highly organised executive support professional to lead governance and compliance across the South Hub, ensuring committees and AECs operate effectively and meet statutory requirements.

You will work with the Leader of Governance, Compliance & Executive Support to manage governance cycles, risk reporting, and regulatory filings, while providing strategic guidance to Trustees, Governors and Academy Leaders.

Qualifikationen

• An experienced governance, company secretariat or compliance professional with experience within education or another complex organisational setting.
• Highly organised and detail-focused, with the ability to manage complex governance cycles and competing priorities with accuracy.
• Credible adviser able to provide clear guidance on governance, compliance and procedural matters to senior leaders and Academy colleagues.

Aufgaben

• Oversee governance cycles and provide strong secretariat support for the South Hub.
• Maintain statutory registers, risk reporting, filings and reporting processes.
• Provide expert advice to Trustees, Governors and Academy Leaders ensuring arrangements remain effective and compliant.
• Coordinate Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs), FOI requests and other data protection matters.
