Place Partnership – South Hub is seeking an experienced governance professional to provide executive support across governance and compliance. The role ensures that committees operate effectively and meet regulatory requirements, with strong secretariat support for the South Hub.

The post holder will oversee governance cycles, registers, reporting, and data protection matters in collaboration with the Trust’s governance leads and executives.

• Experienced governance, company secretariat or compliance professional.
• Highly organised with ability to manage complex governance cycles.
• Clear guidance to senior leaders, trustees and governors.

• Provide executive support across governance and compliance.
• Maintain statutory registers, risk reporting and governance cycles.
• Coordinate with Data Protection Officer on DSARs and FOI requests.
• Prepare briefings, papers and reports for meetings and external publications.
• Serve as a trusted first point of contact for the South Hub via phone and email.
