Canon Slade School is seeking a Clerk to the Canon Slade Trustees. The role is graded D SCP 6-11 with a salary scale (£26,847 - £29,071) and an actual salary range noted (£4,659.96 - £5,045.98). The post is 7.5 hours per week, permanent, term time plus 5 days, and requires ASAP start.

The Trust is part of the Bishop Fraser Trust and supports school governance. The successful candidate will join a team focused on excellent education within a Christian environment, liaising with the school, HMRC,

Qualifications

• Experience of financial administration/clerking or secretarial duties.
• Ability to communicate effectively with pupils, parents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical and organisational support to the Chair and Canon Slade Trustees, maintaining confidentiality.
• Provide advice and guidance on governance, constitutional and procedural matters.
