Job summary

RED Global is seeking a Solution Architect with Gov.UK experience for a 6-month contract, remote with occasional on-site in London. You will own the end-to-end solution architecture, define the vision and runway, and collaborate with Release Train Engineers, system and product management to deliver aligned architectures across multiple teams.

The role requires 5+ years IT Architecture experience, strong front-end experience (Scala preferred), and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT Architecture experience.
• Strong front-end architecture experience, preferably using Scala.
• Experience designing for government/public sector platforms.
• Experience with Gov.UK is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution architecture across multiple ARTs and delivery teams.
• Define and maintain the solution vision, solution intent, architecture runway and target/transition state architectures.
• Act as Solution Architect within a SAFe-based operating model, collaborating with RTEs, System Architects, Product and Solution Management.
