Google Ads Account Manager
(Full Time, Remote)

Our agency is based in Glasgow, Scotland, but we operate remotely. As a fully remote team, we rely on great communication, collaboration and video calls to ensure we’re on the same page about projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Run effective PPC campaigns ensuring ongoing optimisation is delivered.
  • Generate reports on campaign performance, with insights and actionable recommendations to improve ROI and drive business growth.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and phrases, ensuring effective targeting and ad relevance.
  • Develop compelling ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages that align with campaign objectives and target audience preferences.
  • Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to maximise performance and minimise CPA.
  • A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies to continually improve campaign performance.
  • Implement audience targeting strategies, including remarketing and custom audience segments.
  • Competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and market opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in Google Ads campaigns, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, including search, display and shopping ads.
  • Experience in Google Analytics
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling ad copy.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • 3+ years experience working in an agency or similar role across a portfolio of clients.
