Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a Goods Inwards Department and use of SAP.
• Pressure Management: Ability to work well under pressure and be flexible to meet demanding deadlines.
• Technical Skills: Keen attention to detail. Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office Applications and SAP and inventory management.
• Attitude: A can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and embrace change.

Responsibilities

• Off Loading of vehicles at the relevant unloading door
• Ensuring vehicles are unloaded in a timely manner
• Inspection of goods arriving to ensure they are in good condition
• Checking documentation to ensure details and quantities are correct
• Booking deliveries into SAP
• Moving goods physically between required locations
• Moving Goods on SAP to ensure accurate records of movements
• Cycle counting – daily stock checks and updating Materials Manager
• Month end stock activities
