Job summary

The Compleat Food Group in Middlesbrough is hiring a Goods In Team Leader to run the Goods In operation. You will lead Forklift Operators, Warehouse Operatives and support the Area Manager, ensuring safe, accurate stock receipt and flow into production.

This role requires front-line leadership in a food manufacturing setting, strong stock control, safety culture, and the ability to use Navision and Bluecube for receipts and stock records.

Qualifications

• Experience leading front-line warehouse or logistics teams.
• Strong understanding of stock control and FIFO/traceability.
• Experience in food manufacturing or a regulated environment.
• Knowledge of quality and food safety standards.
• Experience with ERP systems (Navision/Bluecube).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Goods In team to deliver high performance.
• Ensure deliveries are receipted accurately using ERP systems.
• Maintain stock records and traceability across locations.
• Support labour planning to meet demand.
• Conduct stock takes and reconciliations.
• Promote health and safety culture and PPE compliance.
• Provide coaching and feedback to the team.
• Work with QA to resolve quality concerns.
