Job summary

Cencora in South Normanton is seeking an experienced Goods In Operative - Bendi FLT Driver to join our warehouse operation. This hands-on role handles stock movement, supports goods-in activities and maintains accurate inventory within the Warehouse Management System.

Responsibilities include operating MHE equipment, recording stock movements in the WMS and ensuring compliance with GDP, GMP and health & safety standards. Salary is £28,392 with full-time hours (14:00-22:00, 40 hours weekly).

Qualifications

• Valid Bendi Truck licence/certification.
• Recent and demonstrable experience operating a Bendi Truck within a warehouse.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and stock control practices.

• Safely operate MHE equipment to move, store and retrieve pallets throughout the warehouse.
• Accurately record all stock movements using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Support all Goods In activities, ensuring stock is received, checked and stored correctly.
• Conduct daily pre‑use checks on all MHE equipment and report defects immediately.
• Maintain high levels of stock accuracy and traceability at all times.
• Follow company procedures, client instructions and SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, GDP, GMP and quality standards.
• Report accidents, near misses, damage or operational issues promptly and appropriately.

Summary of Role

We are seeking an experienced Goods In Operative - Bendi FLT Driver to join our warehouse operation. This is a hands-on role responsible for the safe and efficient movement of stock throughout the warehouse, supporting goods‑in activities and maintaining accurate inventory records within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Experience and Qualifications

Essential

• Valid Bendi Truck licence/certification.
• Recent and demonstrable experience operating a Bendi Truck within a warehouse environment.
• Previous warehouse experience within a fast-paced operation.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience operating RDT (Radio Data Terminal) equipment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and stock control practices.

Desirable

• Previous experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare or other highly regulated logistics environments.
• Knowledge of MHRA, GDP and GMP requirements.
• Experience working within ISO-accredited environments.
• Continuous improvement mindset with a proactive approach to operational excellence.
