Job description

Position: Goods-In Operative

Full Time Shift: 14.00-22.00 / Monday to Friday (Fixed Shifts)

Salary: £12.21 - £13.47 p/h

Location: Brackmills Industrial Estate, Northampton

Note: To complete sufficient training, you may be required to work 10.00-18.00 for the first 2 weeks.

Interaction Recruitment is seeking keen, reliable, and experienced Goods-In Operatives to join their team for their client, J&J Global Fulfilment Centre, located on the Brackmills Industrial Estate.

This role involves loading, unloading, and processing goods-in within a modern warehouse environment, utilizing some of the latest technology in warehouse fulfilment.

Successful candidates should be physically fit, as the role requires lifting items up to 20kg.

Experience with MHE such as Flexi-Bendi, Counterbalance, or Reach Truck is advantageous and may lead to further upskilling opportunities, but it is not essential.
