About Us

Founded in 1999, our goal is to supply the global automotive industry aftermarket products and components that meet or exceed OE quality and testing. Not only enabling garages to fit an aftermarket alternative with confidence but leaving the consumer walking away with a guarantee and a healthy balance.

Whether it’s our Directors, Technical Engineers, Sales Team, Product Managers or Marketing Team, we have a diverse workforce offering a range of skills with years of experience in the automotive aftermarket.

Position Overview

As the Manager of our fast-paced Goods-In operation you will be responsible for leading a team of associates through their daily workloads of unloading both loose and palletized containers, overseeing the accurate booking in of all deliveries into the WMS. Reporting into the Inventory Control Manager- you will control the release of stock once it passed technical inspection and has met operational requirements. Additionally, you will work with the supply chain to plan inbound deliveries, identify issues implementing corrective actions and leading continuous improvement projects.

We operate a multifunctional warehouse, and our associates are deployed to support different areas around the warehouse. From ‘Goods In’ where we receive multiple containers per day; through to our bespoke ‘UK Track Delivery Area’ dispatching order for next day delivery; onto the ‘Export Delivery Area’ where orders are prepared for worldwide shipping. This means our managers need to be multiskilled as well as flexible with a forward way of thinking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate the day-to-day Goods-In operation, ensuring all inbound deliveries are unloaded, checked, and booked in accurately.
  • Manage and support warehouse associates, allocate workloads, and monitor performance against operational targets.
  • Ensure all stock is received into the WMS accurately and released only once technical inspection and operational requirements are complete.
  • Liaise closely with Supply Chain and other warehouse functions to plan inbound activity and prioritise urgent deliveries.
  • Investigate delivery discrepancies, damaged stock, and process issues, implementing corrective action as required.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide regular updates on inbound performance, stock issues, and operational challenges.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
  • Support wider warehouse operations as required, demonstrating flexibility across a multifunctional environment.
Training & Experience
  • Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or management role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Sound understanding of warehouse operations, stock control, and goods receiving procedures.
  • Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills working with large data sets (Filters, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc).
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams to achieve operational targets.
  • Ability to assess operational issues and implement effective corrective actions.
What We’re Looking For In Our Managers
  • A leadership mentality
  • A person whom others look to as an example to follow, whether through self-discipline or by working alongside associates when support is needed.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent team-working skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with the wider warehouse management team.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer literacy, including knowledge of WMS, scanners, and relevant software.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Honesty and trustworthiness.
  • Ability to work effectively with limited supervision.
  • Flexibility and reliability.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary package.
