Job summary

HR-CL Ltd in Sutton Coldfield is hiring a Goods-In Operative to join our busy manufacturing site. You will handle inbound deliveries, manage stock levels, and support other departments during quieter periods. We offer training, a proactive team, and structured development opportunities.

The role runs 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with a practical chance to learn across manufacturing operations. Candidates should have at least 1 year in goods-in or warehouse, a valid forklift license, and solid IT skills

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Warehouse or Goods-In Operative.
• Valid FLT (Forklift) license.
• Strong stock control and inventory management background.
• Good IT skills and familiarity with WMS.
• Organized and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound freight and reconcile data with WMS.
• Conduct goods‑in inspections and batch checks.
• Lead regular stock takes and maintain records.
• Uphold health and safety standards and check MHE compliance.
• Maintain 5S workplace organization and housekeeping.
• Cross-train and support other departments.
• Ensure strong organizational and prioritization under pressure.
