Jackie Kerr Recruitment is seeking a Goods In Inspector to join a well-established manufacturing leader in the Aylesbury area. You will conduct goods-in inspections, pack equipment, and sign QA documentation as part of a quality-driven team.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in manufacturing, strong organisation and communication skills, and experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office. Benefits include pension, life assurance, health plan, on-site parking, and 25 days holiday.

Goods In Inspector Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct goods-in inspections and support general stores activities in line with company policies and procedures
• Operate in accordance with the internal Quality Management System (QMS)
• Perform final inspections and pack a range of equipment and materials
• Accurately complete and sign work tickets and relevant quality assurance documentation
• Inspect and book in raw materials and goods using the internal ERP system
• Support the achievement of business objectives and performance targets
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all company matters
• Ensure full compliance with company procedures at all times
• Consistently demonstrate and uphold company values and culture

Goods In Inspector Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a manufacturing environment
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise workload effectively
• Experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Email.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Experience maintaining systems and following structured procedures
• Proven ability to build strong working relationships, both internally and externally
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Focused, results-driven, with a clear commitment to achieving objectives

Goods In Inspector Working Hours and Benefits:

• Monday to Wednesday 13:30 - 23:30, Thursday 13:30 - 23:00
