Job summary

The QHotels Collection is seeking a passionate reservations and events specialist to join our team. You’ll handle golf sales across the group, manage bookings and enquiries, and promote our hotels and facilities.

This Monday to Friday role is a 40-hour position with training opportunities, free parking, and staff discounts across The QHotels Collection. We welcome applicants with golf knowledge and a can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a sales role.
• Golf knowledge and/or experience.
• Passion for golf as a sport.
• Reservation co-ordination would be preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• If you have the will, we can train the skill!

Responsibilities

• Be the first impression for customers, handling inquiries with a focus on golf sales across the group.
• Manage reservations and event sales, promoting the hotel portfolio and facilities.
• Maximise revenue opportunities from confirmed bookings and enquiries.

We are open to considering applicants seeking either a full time, 40 hour position or part time, 20 hour position

What will I do?

This is a pivotal role as you’ll be the first impression a customer will have! You’ll focus on golf sales across the group, you will be responsible for all aspects of reservations and event sales, promoting the hotel portfolio and facilities, maximising revenue opportunities via confirmed bookings and enquiries.
