Get Golfing CIO is seeking a hands-on General Manager for Redlibbets Golf Club in Kent. You will lead day-to-day operations, own the P&L, and develop golf, clubhouse and events teams to grow revenue and deliver an exceptional member and guest experience.

This role demands strong leadership in hospitality and sport, a commercial mindset, and a passion for community-focused activity. You will partner with Get Golfing's executive team to maximise charitable impact while maintaining high standards

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience within golf, hospitality, leisure, or a comparable customer-focused environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of growing revenue and optimising operations.
• Excellent people leadership experience, with the ability to build cohesive teams and maintain a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth across golf, clubhouse and events by leveraging location and facilities.
• Oversee daily operations of course, clubhouse and events spaces with high standards.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team delivering warm, professional service.
• Build relationships with members, societies, local partners and event clients, ensuring excellent service across all touchpoints.
