Kernel, a London-based startup building the business identity layer, is seeking a Product Marketing Lead to build marketing from the ground up and set direction. You’ll shape positioning and narrative for customers and partners, and lead strategic launches.

You’ll own announcements, empower sales with messaging and battlecards, and create case studies. The role offers high autonomy, equity, a central London office, and visa sponsorship for exceptional candidates.

Formación

• Product marketing experience at a high-growth startup with measurable impact.
• Written technical content prior to this role.
• Led large projects such as a launch or repositioning.
• Ability to work fast and closely with sales and founders.
• Strong taste and execution in marketing initiatives.
• Video content experience is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Own positioning and narrative for customers and partners.
• Write the technical story with product and docs teams.
• Own announcements and launches; plan and execute.
• Equip sales with messaging, demos and battlecards.
• Build social proof with case studies and references.
• Handle other marketing activities (events, website, etc.).
