Job summary

Primark is seeking a Supply Chain Project Manager within the Depot Investment Programme to support the operational ramp-up and transition of a new distribution facility into business-as-usual operations. You will work with the project team to drive readiness, coordinate transitions, and provide hands-on project support to ensure a smooth site launch.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience delivering complex operational change, site start-ups, or transition programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across project and operational teams.
• Experience in tracking milestones, risks, issues and governance for large-scale deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate activities to support the ramp-up and launch of the distribution facility.
• Collaborate with operational leadership to ensure a seamless transition to business-as-usual operations.
• Coordinate and track readiness activities, milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Act as liaison between project team, operations, suppliers and contractors.
• Support project governance, planning, reporting and issue resolution.
• Monitor readiness plans and drive corrective actions when needed.
• Produce progress reports and provide analytical updates on milestones and go-live readiness.
• Facilitate communications with operational teams and stakeholders during transition and post-launch stabilization.
