Job summary

Primark is seeking a Supply Chain Project Manager to drive the operational ramp-up and transition of a new distribution facility into business-as-usual operations. You will coordinate readiness activities, manage risks and collaborate with project and operational teams for a smooth site start‑up.

With a focus on planning, reporting and governance, you will support post‑launch stabilisation and ensure adherence to health and safety standards across the transition.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex operational change and site start-ups.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, distribution or operational projects.
• Understanding of operational readiness, mobilisation and go-live activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate activities to support ramp‑up and launch of a new distribution facility.
• Collaborate with leadership teams to ensure orderly transition from project to BAU.
• Track readiness activities, manage risks, issues and dependencies.
• Produce regular progress reports and provide analytical support.
• Engage stakeholders to ensure alignment and post‑launch stabilisation.
