Qualifications

A few years of commercial Go experience.
Proactive problem solver who improves the codebase and processes.
Good understanding of microservices and event-driven design (eventual consistency, distributed systems).
SRE mindset with focus on production reliability and operability.
Strong communication; able to explain technical concepts clearly.
Experience with Test-Driven Development and willingness to pair program.
Familiar with AI coding assistants and LLMs to accelerate development.
Hands-on AWS services: DynamoDB, SNS, SQS, S3.

Responsibilities

Build and scale high-throughput Go microservices and features.
Work in a Kanban delivery environment and actively pull work.
Champion system health and production reliability; resolve anomalies.
Contribute to system design and architecture discussions.
Collaborate with product and delivery teams to rollout integrations across international markets.
