Qualifications

• Solid Go experience with several years of commercial coding.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to improve the codebase.
• Understanding of event-driven microservices and distributed systems.
• SRE mindset focused on production reliability and observability.
• Strong communication and ability to explain technical concepts.
• Experience with TDD and willingness to pair program.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and workflows.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (DynamoDB, SNS, SQS, S3).
• Bonus: prior international company experience or Kafka familiarity.
