Job summary

Neo4j is seeking an experienced Backend Software Engineer to join the Identity and Access Management team for AuraDB. You will build, deploy, and manage cloud-native services in Go and develop custom Kubernetes operators, controllers, and resources.

Featuring a strong focus on secure, scalable IAM solutions across multiple cloud platforms, this role emphasizes hands-on execution and collaboration with product, infrastructure, and security teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend development or software engineering experience.
• Experience in GoLang and Kubernetes.
• Experience with at least one of the major cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure).

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and manage cloud-native services in Golang that serve as the backbone of our IAM platform.
• Develop custom Kubernetes operators, controllers, and resources.
• Drive architecture revamp of our IAM platform, contributing fresh perspectives to its design and evolution.
• Produce clear, well-structured documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
