Job summary

MLabs is hiring an early-career Product Engineer in London to build and maintain Go services powering real-time B2B APIs on AWS. You will own features end-to-end, collaborate with senior engineers, and contribute to production-ready design with a strong product mindset.

The role offers mentoring from CTO and growth opportunities, with a hybrid work schedule in London and a focus on scalable API design, reliability, and cloud-native delivery.

Qualifications

• One to three years of commercial software engineering experience or equivalent production-level projects.
• Strong Go programming and API design mindset.
• Experience with AI tooling integrated into development workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and ship features in Go API services with mentor support.
• Own delivered features from design to production outcomes.
• Work with AWS infrastructure, containers, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Contribute to code reviews, design discussions, and technical decisions.
• Use AI development tools to improve code quality while maintaining accountability.
