Job description

Responsibilities
  1. Monitor GNSS network performance to ensure system availability and reliability.
  2. Work with network partners to establish and maintain reference station connectivity in the GNSS Network.
  3. Provide guidance and training to network partners on reference station installation and maintenance, with the flexibility to travel occasionally.
  4. Plan and execute network system upgrades, including GNSS/VPN hardware and software updates, to maintain optimal performance.
  5. Create detailed technical documentation, network configurations, architectures, and processes.
  6. Provide expert technical support to internal teams.
  7. Maintain open communication with engineering teams to address product reliability issues.
  8. Stay updated with the latest network technologies and advancements.
Education, Skills, and Attributes

We’re looking for someone who brings a balance of technical know-how, curiosity, and adaptability to the team. The ideal candidate will have:

  1. A bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline—or equivalent practical experience.
  2. 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience with GNSS network infrastructure, GNSS receivers, and network communications.
  3. Practical knowledge of cloud environments and server management, including both Windows and Linux systems.
  4. Familiarity with core network protocols and services such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
  5. A solid grasp of network systems architecture—LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, switches, and more.
  6. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
  7. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English.
  8. Bonus points for fluency in another European language.
  9. The ability to juggle multiple projects and stay productive in a fast-changing environment.
  10. A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for learning new technologies.
