Job summary

Oxford Global Resources is seeking a Material Handler II for its Paisley, Scotland operation to support fast-paced warehouse activities. The role covers picking, packing and shipping customer orders, and using warehouse systems to process transactions in a GMP-regulated environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in warehousing, good IT and communication skills, and the ability to work in temperature-controlled settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Good IT skills and experience working with warehouse systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Forklift or powered industrial truck experience is advantageous.
• Able to work in temperature-controlled environments and perform manual handling activities.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including counterbalance and reach trucks.
• Process warehouse transactions using internal systems and software.
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with GMP and SOP requirements.
• Perform routine quality checks and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure high standards of housekeeping, safety, and operational efficiency.
