Job summary

Eurofins PSS is recruiting for multiple GMP Stability Scientists to provide on-site analytical support at the Bristol Myers Squibb Moreton facility in Wirral. This is a permanent full-time role, offering a flexible 35 hour week.

You will perform routine and non-routine testing on finished pharmaceutical products using HPLC, Dissolution and Karl Fischer, with exposure to ELN/LIMS systems and GMP compliance. Visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry or closely related discipline; significant GMP experience may substitute.
• Strong knowledge of analytical chemistry, with specific knowledge and experience of high performance liquid chromatography and other modern analytical techniques.
• Experience in pharmaceutical testing laboratory (preferably solid dose) and competence with HPLC, Dissolution, Karl Fischer and UV.
• Experience in GMP environment, interpreting raw data, troubleshooting analytical or instrumental issues, and completing documentation accurately.
• Proficiency with electronic laboratory systems (ELNs, LIMS) and MS Office; able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Flexible, proactive, and able to switch priorities; focused on quality and customer service; strong communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine analysis of pharmaceutical products using HPLC, Dissolution, and Karl Fischer.
• Support technology transfers for new products entering the team and ensure alignment with client procedures.
• Assist in analytical development and validation activities.
• Review analytical data for GMP compliance and manage OOS results and action limits.
• Document data in accordance with client policies and prepare/approve results for tests you are trained on.
• Maintain productivity and support audits, method revisions, and testing of QC samples.
• Liaise with client representatives and support continuous improvement initiatives.
