Job summary

RBW Consulting partners with a pharmaceutical manufacturer to recruit a QC Analyst for their South London site. The role focuses on testing raw materials, in-process samples and finished products within a GMP environment to ensure product quality and data integrity.

You will perform analytical testing using HPLC and GC, support laboratory validation and maintenance, conduct environmental monitoring and water sampling, investigate out-of-spec results, and maintain GMP-compliant documentation

Qualifications

• Degree in a Scientific discipline or equivalent.
• Experience in an analytical laboratory environment.
• Strong understanding of GMP and Data Integrity requirements.
• Hands-on experience with HPLC and GC, including troubleshooting instrumentation.
• Excellent documentation and report-writing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to quality.

Responsibilities

• Testing raw materials, packaging components, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Performing analytical testing using HPLC and GC techniques.
• Supporting laboratory validation, calibration, and maintenance activities.
• Conducting environmental monitoring and water sampling.
• Investigating OOS results and supporting quality investigations.
• Maintaining GMP-compliant documentation and data integrity standards.
• Performing in-process quality inspections and production line checks.
• Working closely with Quality, Production, and other cross-functional teams.
