Job summary

Baxter Healthcare Ltd. in Thetford is seeking Production Operatives to join fast-paced teams on a manual production line. You will work Monday-Friday with rotating 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00 shifts and receive a weekly shift allowance of £49.17.

Qualifications

• Experience in a GMP environment (pharma, food, FMCG).
• Ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks with accuracy.
• Able to work as part of a team and share workload fairly.

Responsibilities

• Follow EHS/GMP/GDP/company policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Operate BaxU documentation procedures to ensure quality and safety.
• Identify quality defects and escalate issues to the team leader.
• Maintain line performance by adjusting the machine within validated parameters.
• Perform daily and weekly cleaning of equipment and area.
• Contribute to improvement programs and adopt new ways of working.
