Qualifications

• Degree in science-related field, ideally microbiology
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Willingness to learn in a GMP-regulated environment
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Laboratory experience gained via university, placements or internships
• Experience with standard microbiological techniques and equipment
• Understanding of GMP/ICH/COSHH regulatory frameworks

Responsibilities

• Organise and prioritise workload with guidance from line manager
• Adapt to changing priorities while maintaining quality and compliance
• Communicate workload and resource needs to management timely
• Produce clear, compliant documentation with accuracy
