Job summary

Dechra Limited is seeking a Dispensary Supervisor for our Skipton manufacturing site. You will lead a dedicated team, ensure raw materials and packaging components move efficiently, and maintain high standards of inventory accuracy and GMP compliance.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, process improvements, and a strong safety culture. You will communicate with colleagues at all levels, drive performance, and develop your team to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading people in a warehouse, dispensary, manufacturing or similarly regulated environment.
• Ability to communicate confidently with colleagues at all levels and solve problems proactively.
• Attention to detail, accuracy and effective time management are essential.
• Experience in a GMP environment is essential; knowledge of warehouse operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Adherence to dispensing and packaging supply plan.
• On-time, in-full delivery to manufacturing and packing.
• Inventory accuracy.
• Budget & financial objectives.
• Hazard reporting.
• Departmental goal of zero overdue CAPA's, deviations and change controls.
• Paperwork right first time with zero errors.
