An independent luxury Food Hall near Birmingham is seeking a GM to oversee daily operations, including an onsite deli, butchers, café with patisserie, and other food hall areas featuring local produce, much of which is estate-developed and used across the estate.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills delivered in a relaxed manner, lead a friendly and loyal team, and identify new business opportunities through communication with local suppliers and innovative ideas—passionate and creative in promoting goods.
