GM - High End Artisan Food Hall - Daytime in Birmingham)

An independent luxury Food Hall near Birmingham is on the lookout for a GM to oversee all the day-to-day operations. Areas include an onsite deli, butchers, café with patisserie as well as the rest of the food hall including local produce. Majority of produce in the food hall is developed on the estate and used in other areas of the estate.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills but in a comfortable and relaxed way. You will drive a friendly and loyal team, identify business opportunities by communicating with local suppliers, and come up with ideas - creativeness and passion when speaking about goods are essential.
