• Experience with carton design gluing requirements.
• Awareness of Health & Safety and quality procedures (BRC).
• Ability to work in a team and be self-motivated.

• Operate glue machinery within a rotating 3 shift pattern.
• Maintain quality standards and cost control.

• Good knowledge and hands on experience of a wide range of carton design gluing requirements.

• Commercial awareness of the cost of quality and machine productivity.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Awareness of Health & safety, BRC & Quality procedures.
