Job summary

TheSoul Group is seeking a Senior Showrunner / Executive Producer to lead the creative vision and development of original YouTube entertainment shows for a global beauty brand. You will own concepts, formats, and delivery timelines, with final sign-off on creative direction.

You will manage an external production agency, guide scripts, casting, visuals, and edits, and leverage YouTube analytics and creator culture to optimize formats that engage a wide, international audience.

Qualifications

8+ years in entertainment content, with senior leadership in YouTube shows.
Proven track record creating or leading recurring YouTube formats with measurable results.
Strong grasp of YouTube analytics, audience retention, and creator culture.

Responsibilities

Lead and direct an external production agency, providing briefs and reviews.
Develop original show concepts, recurring formats, and long-term content strategies.
Oversee treatments, scripts, casting, visual direction, editing, and final content approval.
Balance entertainment value with brand objectives using audience insights.
