Archer UK currently have an exciting opportunity for a Well Services Asset Manager to join the team. The Asset Manager oversees lifecycle management of all Well Service assets, focusing on Fishing, Slot Recovery Services and Slickline operations to optimise availability and value.

Based in Blackburn, Aberdeen, the role is full-time and office-based five days a week. You will coordinate with Operations, Sales, Engineering, Logistics and Supply Chain across regions, drive asset utilization, and

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Engineering, Operations Management or related field.
• Experience in asset management within energy/oil & gas.
• Capability to deploy and manage toolsets for complex slot recovery tasks.
• Experience with ERP/asset management tools (IFS, SAP, Oracle, RTMS).
• Strong analytical, planning and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Aufgaben

• Manage lifecycle of Well Service assets including Fishing and Slickline operations.
• Coordinate asset deployment, utilization, and maintenance across regions.
• Drive asset data governance within ERP and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Engineering, Logistics and Supply Chain.
• Lead asset audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop tactical asset management plans to support demand and international deployment.
• Forecast resource needs and align asset readiness with project requirements.
• Standardize asset management processes across regions.
• Ensure timely mobilisation of wireline resources and fleet efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement in visibility, planning accuracy and inventory.
• Oversee data migration, master data integrity and system controls.
