Job summary

UBS invites high-potential students to its 2027 Summer Internship Program within Global Wealth Management in Jersey. You’ll work with senior professionals on strategic projects, learn industry basics, and build a professional network through mentoring and events.

During 10 weeks, you’ll observe client-focused solutions, participate in day-to-day operations, and have opportunities to secure a graduate offer after completing your studies.

Qualifications

• Penultimate or final-year student pursuing a bachelor or master's degree.
• On track for a 2.1 (UK grading system) or equivalent in their first undergraduate/bachelor degree.
• Entitled to work in Jersey with 5 years residency.
• Willing to be employed through a local recruitment agency and assigned to UBS.
• Curiosity about finance and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams on strategic projects to improve client experience and drive engagement.
• Learn industry, culture, and strategy to effectively meet client needs.
• Develop professionally by establishing a network of mentors and business contacts.
• Attend educational events led by senior leaders that provide exposure and insight into the business.
