Job summary

UBS is seeking ambitious graduates to join the 2027 Global Wealth Management Graduate Talent Program in the UK. The 18‑month program provides professional and technical training, rotations, and exposure to wealth management for ultra‑high net worth clients.

You’ll work with top talent, build a broad network, and participate in events led by senior leaders to deepen your industry knowledge and client-focused skills.

Qualifications

• Candidates graduating between 2025 and 2027.
• Achieve a 2.1 (or equivalent) in your first undergraduate degree.
• Demonstrate values: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with different teams on strategic projects to improve client experience and drive engagement.
• Build understanding of UBS's industry, culture and strategy to meet client needs.
• Develop professionally through mentoring and business networking.
• Attend educational events led by senior leaders for exposure to the business.
