UBS is seeking ambitious students for its 2027 Summer Internship Program within Global Wealth Management, based in Jersey. The 10-week paid internship offers exposure to client-focused wealth management, mentorship, and educational events led by senior leaders.

You’ll be working in Global Wealth Management in Jersey, collaborating across teams to improve client experience and gain deep industry insight. The program promises mentorship, networking, and potential future opportunities within UBS.

Qualifications

• Must have proof of Entitled/Entitled for Work status with 5 years residency in Jersey.
• You'll be employed through a local recruitment agency and assigned to UBS.
• Involved in penultimate or final year of a bachelor or master’s degree.
• On track for a 2.1 (UK grading) or equivalent.
• Has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative.
• Is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills.
• Is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines.

Your Team

You’ll be working in Global Wealth Management in Jersey. We provide advice-based solutions through products and services designed to address the needs of ultra-high net worth and high-net worth individuals and families. We’ve successfully built the number one wealth management franchise in the world. You’ll work with the best talent in the industry, as we help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients.

Your Expertise

Your Program

During your 10-week paid internship, you’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm.

• You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.
• You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
• If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you've completed your studies.
