Job summary

Allianz Partners seeks a Senior Expert Excellence & Performance to lead global warranty audits, training, and quality assurance. You will manage cross‑functional audits across OEMs, dealers and internal teams, using data analytics and AI tools to drive improvements and cost recovery.

You will shape the audit playbook, coach analysts, and ensure compliance with data protection standards while partnering with Finance, Legal and regional units.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or Audit, or an equivalent automotive technical qualification.
• Solid automotive warranty/audit experience with ability to defend findings with evidence.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI experience; exposure to data‑warehouse extraction.
• Fluent English; willingness to travel internationally and work across multiple countries.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Plan and govern the global audit programme with defined scope, period and logistics.
• Extract and validate claims data from the data warehouse and preselect audit cases.
• Run audits and evidence findings with quantified impact and defend conclusions.
• Deliver training and quality audits, coaching teams and ensuring process adherence.
• Report, recover and standardise globally, coordinating with Finance, Legal and BU.
• Operate in an AI-enabled environment with data governance and security.
