Job summary

State Street seeks a Vice President of Product Management to drive the global product build-out for wealth custody and related services. You will own end-to-end product ownership, oversee design, development, third-party integrations, and enhancements across multiple markets.

You will lead and mentor agile teams, prioritize features, and partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver innovative, compliant solutions that enhance client experiences and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in wealth custody & clearing platform
• 7–10+ years in Wealth Management or Financial Services
• Global delivery experience across markets
• Strong background in AI-driven product innovation
• Proven ability to lead product strategy and roadmaps
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methods
• Engagement with complex clients and solutions translation

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for wealth custody and clearing platform components.
• Lead buildout of new product capabilities (trading, rebalancing, onboarding, cash management, reporting, billing).
• Drive integration with third-party APIs and fintech partnerships.
• Champion AI and data analytics to enhance product features and workflows.
• Prioritize features with engineering and manage sprint planning.
• Coordinate with external partners to align roadmaps and budgets.
• Collaborate with technology, compliance, and business teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments to stay differentiated.
• Engage with clients and partners to gather feedback and drive improvements.
• Prepare executive presentations on product vision and performance.
