Job summary

TAIT Towers is seeking a VP, Projects - Placemaking to lead a global portfolio of attractions and built-environment projects. This executive will shape delivery, staffing and governance to meet client expectations and financial commitments.

The role requires coordinating with creative, technical, production, procurement, finance and regional leadership to ensure scalable growth and high-performance project execution across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for commercial and operational performance of the global Placemaking portfolio, ensuring margins, schedule, quality and client satisfaction.
• Provide executive oversight from opportunity development through project closeout, ensuring commercial viability and proper staffing.
• Execute portfolio delivery strategies with Market Leadership for consistent performance.
• Lead project delivery teams through design, fabrication, construction, installation and commissioning with financial accountability.
• Direct portfolio reviews to assess health, resources, financials, and risks; drive corrective actions.
• Champion operational discipline across all phases to improve predictability and profitability.
• Provide portfolio updates and escalation support to Chief Executives and senior leadership.
• Oversee construction, installation, commissioning, and site-execution with safety and contractual compliance.
