Job summary

RSM UK is seeking a GVRC Manager to lead Global VAT engagements across the UK, EU, and beyond. You will ensure accurate VAT returns and high-quality indirect tax filings for a diverse client portfolio.

You will act as the central client contact, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with cross-border teams to drive process improvements and insights. Hybrid and flexible working arrangements are offered, with a broad range of VAT services in a global network.

Are you ready to drive excellence in global VAT? Join our team at RSM UK as the GVRC Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping our Global VAT services across the UK, EU, and beyond. You’ll be at the heart of a dynamic team, ensuring quality and efficiency in tax reporting for a diverse portfolio of clients.

As the GVRC Manager, you’ll take the lead on VAT engagements, providing insightful analysis, quality assurance, and exceptional client service. You’ll act as the central point of contact for clients, oversee the accuracy of all indirect tax filings, and work closely with clients to understand their business models and VAT needs. Additionally, you'll mentor junior team members, ensuring their growth and supporting RSM’s commitment to excellence.

You will make an impact by

• Delivering accurate, timely Global VAT services across UK, EU, and international markets.
• Providing expert insights on VAT returns and assuring quality in indirect tax filings.
• Becoming a trusted advisor for clients by understanding their unique VAT requirements and anticipating compliance opportunities.
• Supporting efficiency improvements by building a knowledge centre for VAT compliance within the team.
• Leading and developing junior team members in VAT and client service.
