Allianz Commercial invites an experienced professional to join as Underwriting Enablement Lead in London. You will bridge underwriting teams with central functions, translating business requirements into practical tools and processes that improve underwriting performance and portfolio steering across a global Liability function.
You will lead strategic initiatives in underwriting transformation, data enablement, and AI adoption, partnering with regional and global stakeholders to drive
Competenze
- 5+ years in underwriting operations or related fields.
- Experience in Liability insurance preferred.
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end transformation.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication.
Mansioni
- Design and enhance portfolio management tools and reporting.
- Translate requirements into scalable solutions for visibility.
- Support regional/global portfolio reviews with insights.
- Improve data quality and usability with cross-team collaboration.
- Lead underwriting transformation programs within Liability.
- Identify AI, automation opportunities to improve outcomes.
- Represent regional needs in global initiatives.
- Manage a pipeline of IT and process improvement requests.
